This is the size of the opening that you will need to have between your support posts or brickwork. These measurements already include the space taken up by the hinges and latch, so you do not need to make any additional provision for these items. What Does "Height (after installation)" Signify? 

This measurement includes an allowance of 50mm for ground clearance. It is taken from the floor to the top of the framework but does not include the scrolls mounted above this point.
