Please follow the instructions shown below when you need to fit an aluminium pedestrian gate onto posts.

Mark position of posts

Floor or concrete mount post option

Drilling the floor bolts

Fixing posts to the floor

Digging posts holes

Cutting posts to length

Concrete posts into the ground

 

Mounting the floor spigot

Pre assemble lower spigot

Fix lower hinge to floor

Assemble upper spigot

Mark upper hinge position on the post

Drill the post

Fix the upper hinge onto the post

Install the lock assembly

Setting the latch direction

Handle assembly

Setting the handle assembly

Attach the handle

Lock keep

Set lock keep in correct position

Install screws for lock keep

Fit the lock keep

Adjust the lock keep

Cut the cover plate to length

Make final adjustments to hinges

Fit the weather caps

Installation is complete
