The "Fits opening" measurements refer to the opening width between your brickwork or posts. These dimensions already factor in the necessary space requirements for the hinge and latch components, so no further allowance must be made for these elements. What Does "Height (after installation)" Mean?
The height dimension includes a 50mm (2") ground clearance gap. It refers to the distance between the ground and the top horizontal framework of the gates.
